escape into unconsciousness,
drift away
for days.

Laying in my bed
beyond R. E. M,
beyond bounds,
I break on through

What True Beauty Is

 

In certain light

she's more alluring

shaded in shadows

half lit features

exotic, exciting

more than who she is

and who she is,

is beautiful.

 

At certain times

she's more enthralling

sped up dancing

wildly lit features

erotic, sexciting

more than who she is

and who she is,

is beautiful.

 

At certain times

she's more resilient

dodging obstacles

crazy eyed features

demonic, hexciting

more than who she is,

and who she is,

is beautiful.

 

At all times

she's brilliant

giggling acrobatics

versifying observations

enlightening, eclectic

absolutely who she is,

and who she is,

is beautiful.

 

She's beautiful.
